    US Special Envoy Sergio Gor told the first in-person C5+1 Critical Minerals Dialogue in Astana that Washington is fundamentally changing its engagement with Central Asia, with the DFC ready to invest across critical minerals and Trans-Caspian infrastructure as Kazakhstan presents itself as a future processing and technology hub rather than a raw material exporter.
