Special Envoy of the Chairman of the Board for Global Integration
Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex

I serve as the Special Envoy of the Chairman of the Board for Global Integration and Director of the International Economic Relations and Diplomatic Cooperation Department at Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine (UzTMK). In this role, I lead the company's international engagement strategy, fostering partnerships with governments, international organizations, industry associations, academic institutions, and investors to strengthen Uzbekistan's position in global critical minerals and technological metals value chains.

My professional experience spans international relations, economic diplomacy, investment promotion, project management, and strategic cooperation. Prior to joining UzTMK, I worked with the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent, the World Bank, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and national government institutions on programs related to innovation, economic development, international cooperation, and capacity building.

At UzTMK, I have spearheaded the company's integration into leading global industry associations, including ITIA, IMOA, ECGA, and REIA, while advancing international collaboration in critical raw materials, metallurgy, geology, and sustainable mineral development. I have also contributed to the establishment of international academic partnerships and research initiatives aimed at strengthening human capital and technological innovation in the mining and metals sector.

I hold an MBA in Finance from the University of Sunderland (United Kingdom) and am committed to promoting international cooperation, economic diplomacy, and responsible development of critical mineral supply chains.
