Guillermo Saniger Paré is an Investment Officer at IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, where he leads high-impact, cross-border investments across emerging markets, spanning airports, ports, trade corridors, and logistics networks in the Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye, and Pakistan, mobilising private capital into the connectivity infrastructure that underpins global trade, including the Middle Corridor and the routes linking Europe, the Gulf, and Central Asia. His experience spans the Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, having previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Nomura and led investment initiatives and acquisitions at Continental AG. Guillermo holds an MBA from IESE Business School and engineering degrees from Stanford University, TU Delft, and UPC Barcelona.
