Graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Geological Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University in 2008 and completed a second bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University in 2009, combining technical expertise with a strong foundation in business and management.

Experienced mining executive and geologist with more than 18 years of professional experience in precious metals exploration, project development, and technical leadership. Specialized in the evaluation and management of Greenfield, Brownfield, and advanced-stage exploration projects, with strong expertise in epithermal, porphyry, and orogenic gold systems.

Since joining Türk Altın İşletmeleri A.Ş. in 2008, I have held progressively senior technical and managerial positions, including Chief Exploration Engineer, West and Central Anatolia Exploration Manager, and currently Technical Deputy General Manager. In this role, I am responsible for leading exploration activities, project development strategies, and technical operations across the company's portfolio.

Throughout my career, I have played an active role in the management and evaluation of more than 250 exploration and mining licenses throughout Türkiye. My experience includes target generation, geological modeling, drill program design and execution, QA/QC implementation, geoscience data integration, GIS applications, and project management in accordance with international best practices.

I have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams encompassing geology, geochemistry, geophysics, drilling, database management, permitting, and technical reporting. I am committed to scientific excellence, systematic approaches, data-driven decision-making, and the creation of sustainable long-term value through successful exploration strategies and effective technical leadership.

I am a Competent Person accredited under UMREK, a Professional Member of YERMAM, a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). I actively contribute to professional development and knowledge sharing within both national and international mining communities.
