    Kazakhstan sits on a resource base worth $46 trillion and can produce half of the EU's 34 critical minerals — yet most still leave as raw ore, bound for Beijing. Now Türkiye is building processing hubs, launching a mining exchange, and signing billion-dollar deals across the Turkic world.
