Büşra is a mining engineer with experience across underground and open pit operations, consulting, and project evaluation. Her career spans operational roles in Türkiye and West Africa, and consulting experience with international projects. She has significant expertise in mine design, scheduling, and reserve estimation, with practical knowledge of multiple mining methods including Sublevel Stoping, Cut & Fill, and open pit optimisation. Büşra has contributed to feasibility and scoping studies, reserve and resource reviews, and project due diligence, working with multidisciplinary teams across geology, metallurgy, and finance. At SLR Consulting, she is engaged in consulting projects involving strategic mine design, cost modelling, and mine planning software implementation. She has also worked on international mining projects in Albania, Kazakhstan, and Liberia, bringing a strong understanding of both operational and advisory perspectives.
