With over 15 years of experience in financing public infrastructure projects in Türkiye, Mr. Özkardeş has a background in industrial engineering and law. He holds an LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous large-scale infrastructure projects in Türkiye, with a particular focus on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and the logistics sector. Recently, Mr. Özkardeş joined the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, where he provides comprehensive guidance to investors at all stages of their investments in Türkiye.
