Transitioning into the corporate sector, Beyaz took on the critical role of Chief Legal Counsel for Türk Gold, skillfully managing complex legal frameworks, risk management, and corporate compliance. This deep legal and administrative foundation naturally paved the way for his executive elevation. In October 2025, he was officially appointed to his current roles as CEO and Board Member across the conglomerate's major mining and energy divisions.
