Confirmation of the booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form.

The fees can be paid by debit or with credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Participants must remit payment for the event as outlined in the invoice or booking form. Payment in full is due to the organizers no later than 48 hours before the event commences. Failure to pay may result in the organisers denying participation.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

Replacement or cancellation: Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 10 calendar days before the event will be subject to up to 30% administration fee.

No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers, a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 10 calendar days before the event.

Advertising artwork replacements can be made not later than 5 working days before the Forum.
